"Record the log data for the log view window"

Put a check in this option to log the synchronization history.

You can use the log window to view the log data, and export the log data to HTML and CSV format file.

In the log view window, you can restore the backup file, or compare the backup file with the current file.

"Maximum preserving days of log data. (0:No limit; 1~)"

Specify the number of days that you want the log data to be preserved.

Day number larger than 1:

The log data older than the day number will be cleared automatically.
NOTE: The backup files will NOT be cleared automatically by this option.

Day number equal 0:

The log data will not be cleared automatically.
NOTE: You must clear the log data periodically in the log view window, otherwise the log file will become too large.

"Export log data to following files"

Designate a file name in the below editbox. The file name will be added the date string automatically.
If the file name extension is .html, then the log data is exported as a html file.
If the file name extension is csv, then the log data is exported as a CSV(Comma separated Values) file.

"Maximum preserving days of the log files (0:No limit; 1~)"

Specify a number of days that you want the log files be preserved.

Day number larger than 1:

The log file older that the day number will be cleared automatically.

Day number equal 0:

The log data will not be cleared automatically.
NOTE: You must clear the log data periodically, otherwise the log files will use up all the disk space.

Only export and/or send the log data of the failed items.

Only the failed items will be recorded in the log file, and only the failed items will be sent by the e-mail.
For the e-mail setting, see following text.

Email:

Send log data by e-mail.

   The log data is sent by e-mail by a attached file in HTML format after the synchronization. If the task is a real-time monitoring task, the e-mail is sent about every half a hour.

Send e-mail only when there are failed files.

   Check this option, only when there are failed files, the e-mail is sent. if all the operations are successful, no e-mail is sent.

Subject:

Specify the subject of the e-mail.

The formatted date-time string fields can be specified in the subject.
If no formatted date-time string is specified in the subject, "yyyyMMdd-hhmm" formatted string will be concatenated to the mail subject automatically, like following:

BestSync Log Data - 20100507-1833

Address:

Specify the mail addresses that will receive the mail.

Use semi-colon ';' to separate multiple mail addresses.

For send mail, you must setup the mail account in the "General Option" dialog box.
