Steps for activating "BestSync" by email

If your PC is not connected to the internet, you can press the "Activate by Mail:" button to activate your license manually.

The "Activation by e-mail" dialog box is displayed.

If  the PC has a mail application such as Outlook installed, you can press the "Send mail" button to start the mail application and the sending data is set to the mailer automatically. If  the PC can not sent the mail directly, please copy the data to clipboard, and paste it to an edit application such as notepad.exe, and send the data by other PC by mail to risefly@risefly.com .

RiseFly software will send the activated data to you by mail (in days).

Copy and paste the received data to the "Activation by e-mail" dialog box like following screenshot.
And press the "Activate Now" button to activate the license on the local machine.

When you see following dialog box, the activation is completed.

Error code:

-2: Rejected. The activating count is over the license count, please buy new license.

-3: No record in the database. Please buy the license or contact risefly@risefly.com

-4,-5:  Error when decrypt the data received from mail or web page. Please check if there are extra characters added by the mailer.

-13, -14: May be you are using the activating data of other PC. If you want to activate the license one PC )(named THE_PC), you must send the activating data of THE_PC, and input the received data into THE_PC.

other: Try to exit BestSync and start again. Or contact risefly@risefly.com
